Payment and Billing Policy

Payment and Billing Policy

This policy explains how payment works for YUKJA CORP. The storefront uses an order-request flow: you submit what you want reviewed, a manager confirms the offer, and payment is arranged only after you accept that offer.

1. No payment in the request form

Do not enter card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, cryptocurrency wallet seeds, or similar credentials in our website forms or ordinary email. The request form may ask which payment method you prefer. That preference is not an authorization to charge and does not guarantee that every method is available for every order.

2. When payment is requested

After reviewing availability, specifications, shipping, and applicable taxes, the manager sends an itemized total and clear payment instructions for the methods available on that order. Review the total before paying. If anything looks incomplete or unexpected, ask before you pay.

3. Accepted methods

Available methods are confirmed per order and may include major cards through a payment link or invoice, bank transfer, or other lawful methods we support at the time. Method availability can depend on amount, destination, and provider rules. We do not require cryptocurrency. Do not treat a logo on the site as a live checkout button unless the written instructions for your order say so.

Pay only the recipient and channel named in our written instructions. If a message asks you to pay a different account or to share card details by reply email, verify it through our published phone number or contact page before sending money.

4. Prices, taxes, and invoices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product price, shipping, and applicable taxes are identified separately in the offer whenever they apply. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory “processing” fee after you have accepted a clear total.

When you need an invoice or receipt for your records, ask for it with your order reference. Business customers should provide any billing name or tax details required for the document at the request stage when possible.

5. Authorization, capture, and failed payments

If a card or online payment link is used, the provider processes the transaction under its own terms. A failed or declined payment does not complete the order. We contact you about an alternative method or a corrected attempt. We do not keep retrying a card without your involvement after a clear decline.

6. Deposits and staged payments

Larger quantity orders, special sourcing, or freight deliveries may use a deposit and a balance, or another staged schedule, only when that schedule is written into the offer you accept. Each stage states the amount and what work or shipment it covers. Unused deposit amounts for cancelled stages follow the Order Cancellation Policy and the offer terms.

7. Refunds of payments

Refunds follow the Returns and Refunds Policy or Order Cancellation Policy, as applicable. Refunds go back to the original method when possible. Provider posting times are outside our direct control once we initiate the refund.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Contact us first with the order reference so we can review charges, duplicates, or fulfillment issues. You may also use any dispute process your payment provider offers. We respond with order documentation. Opening a dispute does not by itself cancel related shipping or return obligations when goods have already been delivered, except as the provider and applicable law require.

9. Fraud prevention

We may request reasonable verification before accepting payment or releasing a high-value shipment. Refusing verification when fraud risk is present may result in cancellation with refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods.
