Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy explains how YUKJA CORP ships ordered home décor, planters, vases, shelves, and organizers, and larger quantity orders after a request has been reviewed and payment terms have been accepted. Shipping details for your order are confirmed in writing before you pay.
1. When shipping planning begins
Adding items to the cart or submitting a request does not start a shipment. After a manager reviews availability and you accept the written offer and payment conditions, we arrange shipment according to the confirmed plan.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, needs a different specification, or requires a special sourcing path, we explain the situation before asking for payment. We do not hold an unpaid request as a guaranteed reservation unless the written confirmation says so.
2. Destinations and delivery methods
We ship within the United States where carriers can deliver the product type and package size involved. International destinations are considered only when expressly confirmed for that order. Some oversized, fragile, or multi-box orders may require freight, curbside, or appointment delivery rather than a standard parcel service.
Delivery to a business address, residential address, locker, or pickup point is confirmed with you. Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and any access notes needed for the carrier. If someone else will receive the package, make sure they expect it.
3. Shipping costs and timing
Shipping cost depends on weight, dimensions, destination, carrier service, and whether the order ships in one package or several. The manager states the shipping charge separately from the product total before payment. We do not hide a mandatory shipping fee inside an unexplained surcharge after acceptance.
Transit estimates are guidance based on carrier service levels and current conditions. They are not guarantees of a specific calendar day unless the written confirmation promises a firm date and the conditions for that promise are met. Weather, carrier capacity, customs (when applicable), and incorrect addresses can affect timing. We share tracking when the carrier provides it.
4. Order preparation and split shipments
Once payment conditions for an accepted order are met, we prepare the goods for dispatch. If part of an order is ready and another part is delayed, we may propose a split shipment. Extra shipping cost for a split is disclosed and approved before it is charged.
Packaging is selected for the product type. Keep packaging materials until you have checked the items, especially for returns or damage claims.
5. Delivery attempts and failed delivery
If a carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incomplete address, refused package, missed appointment, or inaccessible location, contact us promptly with the tracking number. Storage, redelivery, or return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier may apply as disclosed or as the carrier’s rules require. We help resolve the situation with the information available.
6. Damage, shortage, and wrong item on arrival
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If a package is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier when possible and photograph the outer packaging and the product. Report shortages, wrong items, or transit damage using our contact details and the order reference as soon as practical so we can open a review.
Do not discard damaged goods or packaging until we have given instructions, unless keeping them creates a safety issue. Remedies may include replacement, repair where appropriate, partial refund, or return under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
7. Title, risk, and undeliverable packages
Risk of loss generally passes according to the shipping terms confirmed for the order and applicable law. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we contact you about redelivery or refund options after carrier return fees and product condition are known.
8. Changes after dispatch
Address changes after a package is with the carrier depend on the carrier’s rules and may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We will attempt a correction when the carrier still allows it.
9. Bulk and special orders
Larger quantity orders and special desk setups may ship on a different schedule, use freight, or require staged deliveries. Those arrangements are written into the order confirmation. See also our Bulk Orders Policy and Product Sourcing Policy when those apply.
10. Contact
Questions about a shipment should include your order reference and tracking number when available.
